An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria and to selected international destinations.
Our estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Lagos, Nigeria: 2–4 business days.
- Outside Lagos, Nigeria: 3–5 business days.
- International orders: 5–7 business days, subject to destination, customs clearance and courier operations.
These estimates are subject to the terms of our Shipping & Delivery Policy and may vary because of fulfilment requirements, public holidays, weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout according to the applicable delivery service and destination.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by their destination country, where applicable.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing delivery issues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.
Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery and are subject to the product condition and eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders should be reported within seven calendar days of delivery, with the relevant order details and supporting evidence where appropriate.
Approved refunds and replacements will be handled in accordance with our published policy and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

ÜL Care offers hair and scalp care products intended to be used in accordance with their individual product labels and instructions.
Customers are responsible for reading product directions, warnings, ingredients and other relevant information before use.
Where a product contains an active ingredient, such as minoxidil, it should be used only in accordance with its approved labelling and applicable instructions.
